Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may result in a cancellation fee.

No-shows may result in the full service amount being charged to your card on file.

Refund Policy:

Services: We do not offer refunds for services rendered. Due to the nature of aesthetics and wellness services, results may vary. If you have any concerns, please discuss them with your provider at the time of service.

Products: We accept returns or exchanges on unopened, unused products within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or damaged in transit.
